Effective 5/1/2011 PTRx will be our Pharmaceutical provider. The transition from Medco to PTRx should be done automatically with your prescriptions effective as of 5/23/2011. If you need a prescription refilled prior to that date please have your physician contact SaveDirectRx. You may download the mail order forms below. To maximize your savings ask your doctor to write your prescription for a 90-day supply with refills, when appropriate, instead of 30 day supply with refills through SaveDirectRx.
