PPO Network
The Board of Trustees is pleased to advise that they have engaged the services of Blue Cross Blue Shield as the PPO network. The Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO network will give you access to an extensive number of hospitals, doctors, and ancillary care providers from which to choose.
To find a medical provider in the PPO network or to see if your doctor is in the network call the following toll free number 1-800/810-BLUE(2583) or visit Blue Cross Blue Shield’s:

Identification Card
You should recieve your BC/BS ID card after fulfilling your hour bank. After receiving your new card you can register on line to review your benefits by visiting:
