All Hallmarks of the IBEW team. The Code of Excellence takes these into account and re-enforces them in it’s Code of Excellence Training Program. In this program some of the topics discussed are:

These ,and other topics, are discussed considering the impact they have on our Industry. In doing so, accountability and responsibility is placed onto the individual, allowing them to become a more mature, viable and productive worker.

We have always taken great pride in the being the best Trained and Skilled Craftsman in our industry. Giving our members the tools to better their skills is fundamental to growth. Through this  program we have instituted a Foreman Developmental Series that introduces, to those who are interested in Management positions, the tools to develop the skills necessary to be a competent, confident and productive Foreman.

A  Code of Excellence trained worker strives to be successful in not one but all of our Hallmarks so that when all is accomplished they will become a
