Are you ready for the
LU 520Annual Picnic?
The LU 520 Annual Picnic will be held on October 25, 2009, starting at 12:00 - 4:00 pm at The Salt Lick Pavillion ( click on for map). Serving will begin at 12:30 PM and continue till 2:30 PM. The menu will include brisket, sausage, chicken, beans, tater salad, condiments, cobbler alamode with unlimited tea, lemonade and water.
Activities will include
· Moon walk and face painting for the Kiddoes
· Volleyball
· Horse shoes
The cost:
· $10.00 per family or $5.00 per person
· No charge for retirees
Tickets are now available at the Local Union office. Deadline for ticket sales is Friday October 16, 2009
· Take IH-35 south and exit on to Slaughter Lane.
· Take Slaughter lane to the end where it intersects with RR 1826.
· Turn left on RR 1826 and continue on RR 1826 for approximately 7 miles to The Salt Lick.
· Cross Onion Creek turn in at the 2nd entrance
